What should I do if I am happy to wait for an out-of-stock item?

If you are willing to wait for an out-of-stock item, you can simply inform us of your decision. We will add a note to your order indicating that you are happy to wait until the item is back in stock. As soon as the product arrives in our warehouse, it will be dispatched to you. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

How often are items restocked?

We strive to restock our items regularly to ensure availability for our customers. However, the frequency of restocking can vary depending on factors such as demand, production timelines, and supplier availability. You can reach out to our customer service team for more specific information about the restocking schedule for a particular item. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to keep our inventory replenished and meet the needs of our valued customers. 

Why do you limit quantities for certain products?

So we can offer our customers this wide range to choose from, we manage our quanitites for certain products because we are occasionally required to recall the items from our retail shopfronts.

Why do you have different dispatch times for products?

The dispatch time varies as we don't always have stock on hand and require the items to be picked up via a courier service to be delivered to our warehouse. On each item on the website, there is an estimated dispatch timeline. To receive your item is the quickest timeframe keep an eye out for the green truck on the product and collection pages. This green truck indicates a 1-3 business days dispatch time.

Why are some items in store only?

Due to our large range, some products are not kept in our online fulfilment centre but are in one of our retail stores. With over 50 stores across the nation, we encourage you to find your local store.
