How can I request a refund?

To request a refund for an order you are not satisfied with, simply email our customer support team expressing your desire for a refund. It would be helpful if you could provide any relevant order details in your message. Once received, our team will take the necessary steps to cancel your order and process the refund back to your original payment method. We will also send you a confirmation email with a credit memo to acknowledge that your refund has been processed.

Please allow a specific timeframe for the refund to appear in your account, which is mentioned as 'DateRange' in our communication to you. This timeframe is necessary for the banking process to be completed. In the event that you were charged for an item that was then cancelled, we may require additional information such as your order number or a screenshot of the charge to assist you further. If your item was shipped before the cancellation, upon receiving it, you can return it to us following our returns policy for a full refund.
