How does click & collect work?
Once you've chosen your item online, check your local store on the product page before adding it to your cart. If your item is unavailable, we'll show you the closest stores with available stock. During the checkout process, select Pickup under Delivery. Choose a collection store based on stock availability. When your order is ready for collection, we will contact you via email to notify you. You may collect your order during the operating hours of your chosen store.

Where is Click & Collect available?
Click And Collect is available at all Shiels stores. However, we will only offer Click And Collect from the stores that stock the particular item that you are looking to purchase.
Can I Click & Collect rings?
Due to the many sizes that they can come in, rings are currently unavailable through Click And Collect. We apologise for the inconvenience.
When can I pick up my Click And Collect?
You can pick up your Click And Collect when the store that you have nominated to pick up your purchase sends you an email confirmation notifying you that your order is ready.
Can I go to the store to pick up my purchase before I receive my notification?
To avoid disappointment, it is advised that you avoid going to a store before you receive a notification as the item may not be ready yet.
Can I return my Click & Collect for a refund or an exchange?
Click And Collect items can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date if it has not been worn, scratched, scuffed or altered in any way (including resized) unless the item is faulty. All returns must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. For more information on the Shiels returns policy, head to our returns page.
Can I amend, alter or change my Click & Collect order at any point?
Unfortunately, no changes can be made once an order has been processed online. You can however exchange your item once it is ready to be collected in store.
I have not received my confirmation email, what do I do?
If you have not received the order confirmation for your Click & Collect, contact our customer care team via [email protected] or by calling1800-SHIELS(1800-744-357) between 9:00 am and 4:30 pm (SA Time) Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
What should I do if I encounter issues with a click & collect order?
If you are experiencing issues with a 'click & collect' order, such as not receiving a pickup notification or having a delayed confirmation, please contact the specific store where you are supposed to collect the item directly. They are equipped to assist you with updates or any changes required for your order. If you wish to cancel the order, this request also needs to be made with the same store. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and hope to resolve your issues swiftly.
Can the pickup location for a click & collect order be changed after the order is placed?
Once a 'click & collect' order has been placed, the pickup location cannot be changed. If you need to collect your order from a different location, you must contact the store you initially selected, cancel your order, and then repurchase the items at your preferred store. For further assistance, do not hesitate to reach out to us or the store directly.
